I took the RHIT exam this year and been out of school for 2 years. I have no experience in the field except my internships.I do not want to work to work in a hospital and code all day. I would like to work in Medical Records in a nursing home or a outpatient facility. Should I take the CPC exam.?

Your RHIT credential is more than sufficient for working in medical records in a nursing home. The CPC, Certified Coding Professional, is necessary if you are looking for an outpatient or physician coding job.
