Take a look at this blog post and click on the youtube video for the April 2012 Medical Coding Certification Replay (Excerpts). Laureen covers both Mohs surgery and some E/M examples.

Personally, I found that CodingCertification.org's Blitz Videos made Mohs Surgery coding really clear for me! It also helped with many other area including E/M coding.
