I can’t see my Membership or Product

If you forgot your login/password info go to http://members.cco.us/ and enter your email address as your member ID and click “forgot password” to have it resent to you. Check your inbox and spam folder within a few minutes and it should be there. If not create a helpdesk ticket.


If you are successfully logged in at http://members.cco.us/ but don’t see your product/course listed with [Access The Content], link it maybe for the following reasons.

  • You requested a refund and once processed, your access was revoked.
  • You are on a payment plan and there was a problem with the credit card on file. After three attempts the access is suspended. You can click the update your credit card link to try to resolve the payment issue and restore your access.

  • PayPal was unable to verify or complete the payment. Please try again.
  • You signed up with a different email address. This creates a new account for the membership you purchased. We can’t “merge” accounts, but we can close down the old account and migrate the products to your new account so everything is accessible in one place. Please submit a new ticket and provide us the old and new email so we can move everything over to the preferred account.
