Spam and Abuse Reporting – Blocked or Unable to Contact Student

CCO is an online-based training provider that is 100% reliant on emails to communicate with students about their progress, courses and journey as a student.

As such, please do not mark emails or responses from the Help Desk as spam. If you do report the Help Desk as Spam, we will no longer be able to communicate with you using that email address. The moment a Help Desk email is marked as Spam, our email provider instantly blocks us from contacting you forever and there is no way for us to remove the block.

If you've marked the Help Desk as Spam, you will need to create a new email and use that to communicate with the Help Desk in the future. You can, however, still use your old email to login to Podio and the Members area to access your content. 

Regarding Promotional emails, there is an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that allows you to remove yourself from the email list. That Unsubscribe link works and should always be used if you no longer wish to receive promotional emails from CCO.
