Why don’t you offer refunds on monthly extensions? How can I cancel my extension?

Short Answer:

Refunds are not an option for monthly payments. However, when a person signs up for the monthly plan, a stipulation is that the student agrees that they are responsible to cancel the subscription when they no longer need it.

Rationale:

We offer monthly plans at a cost-effective rate making it available to the student who has already paid for the year, but needs a little extra time. We leave it up to the student to decide when they feel confident to step away from the learning process and move toward certification. We can not make that decision.

We can offer this low rate to extend monthly precisely because we don’t have to monitor the extensions, or perform any administrative work (such as refunds). The responsibility is solely on the student to monitor their extension duration, and cancel it when they no longer need the material. The administrative fee to process the refund would cost more to CCO than the monthly extension fee itself.

Click the button to cancel your membership. You will continue to receive access until your current enrollment period ends.
