I am I correct in assuming that since you are using one publication that any notes that say" see page .." are not applicable to other publications? and would the page that we would be looking to reference is the corresponding page in the Tabular? Sorry of this has already been addressed.

I am specifically referencing the ICD-10-CM

All references to pages would be for the exact edition that was videotaped. I'm not sure that the "see page such and such" would always reference the Tabular, but probably many do.
