Q&A E/M Issues

Hi, I am currently taking the CPC Certification course through the AAPC and am about to take my final test next week, before taking the Certification exam on July 27th.

I am having issues with the E/M CPT coding, I am not understanding how to come up with the correct code by using the level of history chart. Something so basic is so hard for me for some reason. Is there anyone that has any tips or any clearer way of understanding this process? I have reading comprehension problems so the charts should be easy for me to understant but I just cannot seem to get it right. Thank you!!
