BLITZ DVD

Need someone to mention how to use the blitz DVD , i like it but i have not use it since i bought it in October last year ,its not a 1-2-3 put in and play . I failed my exam the other day because i could not get it to play , do i get a free up grade for the 2013 blitz.

Hi Paulette,

So sorry you did not pass. I wish you had reached out that you were having trouble. Send an email to the helpdesk and they will set you up with 2013 online version. Plays like a youtube video. You may already have access since you said you purchased in October. Sign it at http://members.cco.us and if you don't see 2013 version email https://www.cco.us/cco-helpdesk-request/.

Regarding the DVDs they should be as easy as putting in your DVD player and navigating the menu as any DVD. Again email helpdesk with what you were seeing/experiencing and they should be able to help.

And remember just watching the videos is not going to make you pass. You need to also do lots of practice tests until you get over an 85% - then you're ready for the real thing.

I had no problem with mine. Simply put in CD/DVD player on computer and they played. Also the on line version was very simple to use. The videos are a major reason I passed the CPC the first time!
