cardiac billing

I need help in billing cardiac cath, I am new to cardiology
patient#1- Dr did 93459 and stent/ivus/lad, and decending aortogram

patient#2 Dr did 993459- stent/ivus/ffr/lad

please let me know how to bill it correctly
