Info on Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine) ==> http://www.drugs.com/prevnar.html.

It seems there is a prevnar 7 and prevnar 13 (new since 2010) - perhaps that is why your superbill says "prevnars" in a plural sense.

I don't know about "pedian"

Here's a cool table with complete list of vaccine names and corresponding CPT codes - I'm not sure how old it is though
https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/cpir/iweb/homepage/completelistofvaccinenames.pdf

And here's another for Commonly Administerd Pediatric Vaccines from the American Academy of Pediatrics - dated 8/30/2013 http://www.aap.org/en-us/professional-resources/practice-support/financing-and-payment/Documents/Commonly_Administered_Pediatric_Vaccines_Coding_Table.pdf

If you need more info on sequencing of Vaccination Codes, subscribe to the CCO Club. During the May 2016 Q&A Webinar, Chandra Stephenson covered this topic discussing the sequencing order of the codes based on RVU values. She suggests using the Physician Fee Schedule Lookup Tool on the CMS Website if it is a procedure that CMS prices. CCO Club members can listen/watch the video of the webinar, and get access to the answer sheets, transcript, and a CEU quiz.
