CCO AAPC Chapter Door Prize Program: How to Request Prizes and Set Up Winner Access

CCO provides door prize certificates to AAPC chapters for events such as May Mania.

Key things to know

• Available door prizes are one certificate per prize type per calendar year: CPC Review Blitz, ICD-10-CM Blitz, and 1 Year of CCO Club Basic.
• Chapters submit requests at https://www.cco.us/cco-doorprize-request/; CCO verifies officer status via the aapc.com website before approving.
• After approval, CCO sends a confirmation email with the certificates.
• When the online request form is unavailable, chapters can escalate to a human Help Desk agent to request door prizes; a form submission is not required in that case.
• After the event, the chapter must email the names and email addresses of each winner to CCO so that access to the prize product can be provisioned.
