Facebook Live Video Is Not Working or Playing

If you’re signed up toLive Event Notifications with CCO, you’ll receive an email every time we go live. Inside the email is a simple short link that redirects to our Facebook home page at https://www.facebook.com/cco.us.

To access the FB Live event, click the short link and scroll down until you see the event. Then, click the “Play” button on the FB Live Event video. If you don’t see the Play button or event, some students have reported they need to refresh the page several times until the video and button appear.

If that still doesn’t work, open the browser on your device (Chrome, Safari, etc) and bookmark/save our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cco.us. When you receive the Text Message Alert, simply go to our page on your browser and click on the “Videos” link. The FB Live Event will always appear on that page near the top.
