Getting Started and Logging In To The New CCO Academy and Portal

Welcome to CCO. Getting in takes just a moment, and one login covers everything you have with us.

Sign in at the CCO Portal: portal.cco.us. Use the email address you provided when you registered or purchased.

From your portal dashboard you can reach both places with one click:

• CCO Academy — click Go to Academy for your community, courses, live coaching, and CCO Club lessons (on Circle, at cco.academy).
• Exam Portal — click Open Catalog for your course chapter tests, CEU quizzes, mock exams, and gradebook.

If you’re already enrolled in a course, start by signing in and going to Academy. Click on “Courses” link at the top of the Academy then filter on “My Courses” then click on your Course and you will see all the lessons. Start at the top and work your way down.

Don’t know your password yet? Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, enter your CCO email, and follow the reset link. The password you set works for both the Academy and the Exam Portal.

Landing on cco.academy first? Choose “Continue with CCO Portal” on that sign-in screen so you come in with your portal login.
