How to Log In and Password Information  

Login instructions are sent by email immediately after purchase. Check SPAM!

You can log in at the new CCO Community here:  https://www.cco.community/  

• For the Email, use the email that was provided at the time of registration or purchase.

How to Request Your Password

If you need your password, click here to request it by email again. It will be sent within a few minutes. Be sure to check SPAM/JUNK as sometimes it lands there.

If you still don’t receive it, it’s possible the email you entered during registration was incorrect. Please contact the Help Desk so we can investigate.

Password Tips

Be sure to carefully type your username and password! Accidentally entering a space during a copy/paste will cause a failure to log in. Also, the underscore _ in your username is intentional and should not be entered as a space.

Password Changes

In order to prevent login problems, we do not allow the changing of passwords under normal circumstances. If you have an unusual or legal reason for the change, please open a Help Desk ticket.
