How Do I Mark Off Progress from Xenforo in Circle?

If you’ve made significant progress in your courses on the legacy system (Xenforo) and would like to pick up right where you left off in the CCO Academy version (Circle), here’s how to update your lesson progress :

1. Gather Your Xenforo Progress: Locate your previous lesson progress. Make a note, or take a screenshot, of your list of completed lessons from Xenforo.
2. Access Your Course in Circle: Log in to your Circle account and navigate to the course(s) you’re enrolled in.
3. Mark Lessons as Complete:
   1. Open each lesson you completed on Xenforo.
   2. At the end (or beginning) of each lesson, look for the “Mark as Complete” button or checkbox.
   3. Click to mark the lesson as completed.
   4. Repeat this for every lesson you had already finished on Xenforo.
4. Double-Check Your Progress:
   1. After marking lessons, go to your course overview or progress tracker in Circle.
   2. Confirm that your progress matches what you had on Xenforo.
5. Reach Out If You Need Help: If you run into issues or your course doesn’t allow manual completion, contact our support team. 

Note: After a some time on the new system lessons will not be able to completed without watching a majority of the lesson video. So update your progress sooner rather than later. 😃
