Look for the Help Desk chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the cco.us home page and inside CCO Academy. No login is needed, so you can use it even if you can’t sign in yet.

Type your question and the AI Help Desk answers right away — account, login, billing, course access, CEUs, and CCO Club questions. If you’d rather talk to a person or set up a call, just ask in the chat and it will pass your request straight to our team.
