How to Contact Your Coach or Instructor

Full Course students can contact your Coach or Instructor right inside the CCO Academy.

While logged in, to contact your Coach:

• Go to ‘Direct messages’ in the top right corner of your Home page. 

• Click on the ‘New message’ (+) button.  

• Search for your name—prefaced by ‘PS’—in the ‘Direct Messages’ search box and click on it. 

It should take you directly to your private coaching group.

Important Note: Students that have extended your access with CCO Club or Prime are not eligible for Private Coaching. Please post inside the General Student Discussion or underneath the lectures for assistance.
