How to Report Incorrect Exam Questions, Answers or Rationale

If you noticed a problem with a test question, answer or rationale, please let us know.

• If you are using the new exam portal, please use the feedback area on that question to report the issue directly.
• If you are on the old legacy system, please tell us which exam and which question it is. The question ID is especially helpful if you have it.
• If you don’t have the question ID, you can copy and paste the question here so we can look it up in our question database.

If you are reporting from a course, review blitz, or practice exam area, please also include any helpful context, such as the chapter or topic involved.

Once we have the details, CCO will investigate and respond as soon as possible. In some cases, we may escalate incorrect information to textbook vendors for Errata purposes. Your personal information will not be released in these cases.
