How to Report Incorrect Exam Questions, Answers or Rationale

If you noticed a problem with a test question, answer or rationale, please take a screenshot of the question, answer and rationale using the ‘Snipping Tool‘ which comes with Windows or use Jing (free download for Windows or Mac).

Once you have a screenshot please let us know about it using one of the following methods.

• Course students should post it inside the Private Coaching area so other students do not see the answers. 
• Review Blitz or Practice Exam Students should contact us at the Help Desk. 

Please be sure to provide all of the following:

1. Screenshot
2. Name of the test
3. Related Course or Review Blitz Chapter
4. Description of your concern

Once we receive all the information above, CCO will investigate and respond back as soon as possible. In some cases, we might escalate incorrect information to textbook vendors for Errata purposes. Your personal information will not be released in these cases.
