CCO is an online-based training provider that is 100% reliant on emails to communicate with students about their progress, courses and journey as a student.
Please Do Not Report Help Desk Emails as Spam
If you do report the Help Desk as Spam, we will no longer be able to communicate with you using that email address about questions related to billing, purchases, questions or other Help Desk related matters. The moment a Help Desk email is marked as Spam, our email provider permanently blocks us from contacting you and there is no way for us to remove the block or contact you.
If You’ve Already Marked Help Desk Emails as Spam
If you’ve marked the Help Desk as Spam, you will need to create a new email and use that new email address to communicate with the Help Desk in the future. You can, however, still use your old email to login to the CCO Community to access your content.
Unsubscribing from Promotional Emails
Regarding Promotional emails, there is an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email that allows you to remove yourself from the email list. That Unsubscribe link works and should always be used if you no longer wish to receive promotional or marketing emails from CCO.
