CCO is an online-based training provider that relies on email to communicate with students about their progress, courses, and journey as a student.
Please do not report CCO Help Desk emails as spam.
If you do report our Help Desk emails as spam, we will no longer be able to email you about billing, purchases, questions, or other support matters. The moment a Help Desk email is marked as spam, our email provider permanently blocks us from contacting you at that address, and there is no way for us to remove the block or reach you there.
If you accidentally marked CCO as spam, please:
- Find a CCO email in your Spam/Junk folder and mark it “Not spam.”
- Add our addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) to your contacts or safe senders list in your email account.
- Then contact us via the CCO Portal or from another email address so we can review and, when appropriate, restore email delivery to your original address.
If the above step doesn’t work: you’ll need to set up a new email address and use it to communicate with us going forward. You can still sign in to the CCO Portal with your usual email to reach your courses and exams — this only affects the email address we can send messages to.
Promotional emails: there’s an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email. It works, and you can use it any time you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from CCO.
