I Won A Door Prize! How Do I Claim It?

To claim your Door Prize, please click here to open a Help Desk ticket to claim your prize. You must include a legible photo of the Door Prize Certificate that was given to you.

Door Prize Winner Rules/Terms: Limit one prize per calendar year per person. No cash value, no substitutions, no rain checks, and not valid on previous purchases. Certificates are non-transferable. Chapter officers are not eligible to win Door Prizes. Cannot be used with raffles or fundraisers of any kind. Other restrictions may apply.

To clarify further regarding “Chapter officers are not eligible to win Door prizes”: This means Chapter officers are not eligible to win Door prizes at any time during their active Chapter officer tenure regardless of location. So, if a Chapter officer travels to another Chapter and wins, they are not eligible for that prize. If an award is accidentally given to a Chapter officer of another location, the Door prize must be returned to the original chapter and issued to a runner-up winner. This rule is in place to prevent potential abuse of the Door prize system.
