I’m Having Trouble Ordering. My Credit Card Was Not Approved And It Is Failing to Authorize

What if my credit card is declined or “cannot be validated” when ordering?

If you are trying to order , here are the easy points to check:

  • Check and make sure all the Checkboxes are checked on the page. Sometimes there are two (2) on the checkout form.
  • There may not be enough room on your card -insufficient credit- for the authorization to go through.
  • We only accept Visa, MC, and AMEX at this time. If you’re using another type of card, it may not be work.
  • AVS mismatch – Check your billing address, it must be the same as listed on your billing statement.
  • Check your CVV2 code (the three-digit security code, usually found on the back of your card).
  • Check your credit card expiration date.
  • Some non-US banks do not support our credit-card fraud-detection process.
  • Try submitting your order again.

If it continues to happen and you have another credit card you can use, that may be the path of least resistance.
