If you receive an AVS (Address Verification Status) error, it is because the BILLING address you are using does not match what your bank has on file. It is important that you enter the billing address your credit card company shows on your statements. You should then have no trouble.
However, if you continue to encounter errors, contact us and ask us to send an invoice from our secondary merchant account (Paypal). When you use your credit card to pay via the link on that email, we often find the transaction will complete.
Please check with your bank if you continue to get an AVS error. This is not a rejection by CCO, it is an inability to authorize from your BANK.
Exact Error Code: Transaction has failed for the following reason: The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match the billing address of the cardholder. Reason Code 27. Please try another name, billing address or credit card number variation.
