My Course or Blitz Expired. How Can I Restore Access?

To restore access to an expired Course or Blitz, eligible students can do so by becoming an annual CCO Club member.

Who Is Eligible For Extension?

Extended access is primarily a benefit for grandfathered customers who previously purchased a paid-in-full Review Blitz that came with a fixed 9-month (270-day) access period. If your original purchase was advertised as lifetime access, there is no need for an extension, and if your enrollment was a subscription, there is no extension option once that subscription expires.

How Annual Club Membership Extends Access

An active annual CCO Club membership allows eligible 9-month Review Blitz students to continue accessing their past CCO course and Blitz purchases beyond the original 9-month expiration, as long as the annual membership remains current. This extension benefit is tied only to the annual CCO Club membership; monthly CCO Club subscriptions do not include extended access to expired Review Blitz purchases.

What This Extension Includes (and Excludes)

With an active annual CCO Club membership, you may regain or retain access to your Review Blitz materials and the General Student Discussion area, where you can ask questions and participate in community support. Private 1:1 coaching is not included once the original subscription or access period ends, even if you maintain an annual Club membership.

How To Get Your Access Extended

To get started, join as an annual CCO Club member. After your payment processes, contact the Helpdesk and request that your expired, eligible Review Blitz purchases be restored under your annual CCO Club membership benefit.

Refunds, Cancellation, And Rejoining

Because Review Blitz and Club access are delivered online immediately, CCO does not provide refunds for CCO Club-related purchases. You may cancel your membership at any time through via your CCO Academy Profile (upper right corner) but you will retain access only until the end of your current paid period and will not receive prorated refunds.

If you cancel and later rejoin the CCO Club, you may be required to repay missed months and will lose any older, grandfathered pricing or special rates that were previously attached to your account. Once your annual membership lapses, the extended-access benefit for grandfathered, time-limited Review Blitz purchases also ends.
