When a CEU is earned at CCO, an email is immediately sent with a copy of the certificate to you. We also immediately show a certificate on screen to download and save for your records. It is the student’s full responsibility to maintain their CEU certificates safely in case of future audits or requests for proof of completion. We recommend storing multiple copies in various locations for your peace of mind. There are many free cloud services (such as Dropbox, OneDrive, SugarSync, iCloud, etc) available these days to store your documents. Please do not rely on the Gradebook showing old exams or CEUs since any old CEUs taken before the CCO Community opened on February 22, 2020 are not part of the new Gradebook and there is no guarantee CEUs will be visible inside the Gradebook after they’ve expired.
If you have lost or misplaced or lost your CEU certificate and need a copy, we charge a manual processing fee of $10 per certificate to search our archives for the documentation. We cannot guarantee the certificate will be found and the fee is not refundable due to the time and efforts spent on searching our archives. If the CEU is located, we will email you a copy.
To request one CEU certificate, please use this link to place your order. After ordering, please open a Help Desk ticket with the name of each CEU/Webinar and the corresponding Index number for each CEU so we can begin the search. If you cannot provide the CEU Index number(s) or name(s) of the event, we will be unable to search our archives.
To request multiple CEU Certificate, please contact the Help Desk with details so we can send you a PayPal Invoice for the manual processing fees.
