Some of My Exam Scores Disappeared in The Gradebook? Do I Have to Retake Them?

Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer older ProProfs “Gradebook” exams into our new system. But don’t worry, you do not need to retake old exams. We keep track of all your past exam attempts inside our private internal system. Just continue where you left off.

If you need to revisit the score or results, you can check your email for the automated exam result email that was sent to you after completing the exam.
