Videos Are Not Playing or Loading

If videos are not playing or loading, there could be several reasons why…

1. It’s possible Vimeo, our video provider is experiencing technical issues. Please visit this Vimeo Status website to see if there are any current issues listed during the time/date. If you see any issues, please allow them some time to resolve the error and check back later. They’re pretty quick at fixing things up.
2. If Vimeo is not experiencing technical issues, it’s possible that Vimeo might be blocked on your network. Try opening https://vimeo.com/ in a new browser tab. If the website doesn’t load, you’ll need to contact your I.T. department to unblock Vimeo or allow access.
3. Your internet might be experiencing intermittent issues. Some of our videos are quite large and sometimes video playback can be interrupted or stalled with slower internet connections or older devices. Try accessing from another computer, device WiFi, LTE and/or internet network to see if it resolves the issue.
4. Try following our extended Technical problems displaying or viewing content, videos or exams.
