What’s the Difference Between an Instructor, a Coach and a SME?

Instructors need to be an AAPC CPC-I. They actually teach by getting in front on the camera during webinars and/or recording lectures.They also participate in the forums to help answer questions.

Coaches handle welcome calls, touches, and are responsible for guiding the student to the finish line. They also participate in the forums to help answer questions.

SME (Subject Matter Expert) is someone with experience on the subject that helps in forums and webinar chats only.
