We’re here to help, and the fastest way to reach us is the AI Help Desk.

Look for the Help Desk chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the cco.us home page and inside CCO Academy. No login is needed, so it’s the best place to start even if you can’t sign in yet.

The AI Help Desk answers questions about your account, login, billing, course access, CEUs, and the CCO Club right away. And if you’d rather talk to a person, just ask — you can request human help at any time, and the AI Help Desk will pass your question along to our team for you.
