Understanding Your Gradebook (and Older Test Scores)

Your Gradebook shows your exam history and progress. To open it, sign in to the portal and click Gradebook in the top navigation (direct link: portal.cco.us/gradebook).

At the top you’ll see summary cards: Tests Taken, Pass Rate, Average Score, and Last Activity. Below that is your Past results table with the date, exam, score, result, type, and source of each attempt.

About older tests: Exams you took on the old platform show Xenforo in the Source column and a “Score only” link instead of a Retake button. That means we have your score on record, but the original questions and rationale aren’t available for those legacy tests. To see full questions and rationale, retake the exam in the new portal.

If results look missing: check the “Synced” timestamp near the top of the page. Your gradebook syncs periodically, so very recent results may take a little time to appear.
