Seeing an “access denied” or locked message when you try to open a course, exam category, or community area?
This is usually normal: you can see everything listed, but you only have access to the areas included with what you currently have at CCO. Areas you haven’t enrolled in stay locked.
In the Exam Portal, locked categories show a lock icon and an “Enrol to unlock” button — that simply means the category isn’t part of your current access. See “Enrol to Unlock” — Locked Exam Categories.
