Exam Area is White, Blank or Missing

This can happen if you’re trying to open an exam on an iOS, Android, or similar mobile device or tablet.

As a first step, open your exams from the Exam Portal in the CCO Portal: sign in at portal.cco.us/sign-in, then click Open Catalog (or Catalog in the top navigation).

If the exam area still appears white, blank, or missing, please open it on a desktop PC or laptop rather than a phone or tablet — that resolves it in most cases.
