If you’re having trouble signing in to portal.cco.us, work through these steps:
1. Use the right email. Sign in with the email address you used when you purchased from CCO.
2. Reset your password. If your password isn’t accepted, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, enter your CCO email, and follow the reset link. The password you set works for both the Academy and the Exam Portal.
3. Check your new password meets the rules. It must be at least 8 characters and can’t be a password found in a known data breach. If a new password is rejected, choose a stronger, unique one.
4. Try “Sign in with Circle.” If you’re already signed in to the CCO Academy in the same browser, the Sign in with Circle button can get you in.
5. Coming from cco.academy? On that sign-in screen, choose “Continue with CCO Portal” to use your portal login.
6. Clear the basics. If something still seems stuck, try a different browser or a private/incognito window, and make sure you’re not autofilling an old password.
Seeing “Invalid email or password”? That message means the email and password combination wasn’t recognized. Double-check the email you’re using, then reset your password with Forgot your password? if you’re unsure of it.
