Didn’t get your welcome email, or can’t remember your password? Here’s how to get into your account.

You sign in at the CCO Portal: portal.cco.us/sign-in. Use the same email address you provided when you registered or purchased from CCO. One sign-in gives you both the CCO Academy (community and courses) and the Exam Portal (CEU quizzes, mock exams, and your gradebook).

If you don’t know your password (or never set one):
1. Go to portal.cco.us/sign-in and click Forgot your password? — or go straight to portal.cco.us/forgot-password.
2. Enter your CCO email and click Send reset link.
3. Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.

If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it still isn’t there, the email on file may be misspelled or different from the one you’re checking — reach out and we’ll look into it (see Where to Get Help).

Password tips: your password must be at least 8 characters, and we’ll reject any password that has appeared in a known data breach — so pick something strong and unique. Watch for an accidental space at the start or end if you copy and paste.
