Purpose and Use of Risk Adjustment Models
Identify how predictive modeling and risk scores impact reimbursement. Understand RAF (Risk Adjustment Factor) calculations and their effect on plan payments.
Diagnosis Coding
Apply ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines to risk adjustment coding scenarios. Identify HCC and CC categories from documentation; understand sequencing rules for chronic conditions.
