Where Is My Paid Practice Exam or Chapter Test? How Do I Log In?

Your paid Practice Exams and Chapter Tests now live in the Exam Portal, part of the new CCO Portal.

To find them:
1. Sign in at portal.cco.us/sign-in with your CCO email and password.
2. On your dashboard, click Open Catalog on the Exam Portal card — or click Catalog in the top navigation (direct link: portal.cco.us/catalog).
3. Use the Search exams… box or open a category (for example ICD-10-CM, IPC, MTA, or CCO Club), then click an exam tile and choose Start (or Retake).

Looking for older scores? Exams you took on the old platform appear in your Gradebook with a Xenforo source and a “Score only” link. To see full questions and rationale, retake the exam in the new portal. See Understanding Your Gradebook.
