• Lifetime access is granted only with the Full Payment plan.
• Refund policy: CCO does not provide refunds or cancellations on any products, due to the instant availability of internet-based training.
• Payment lapse: Subscription students whose payment lapses must re-subscribe to regain access, and progress may be lost.
