Questions before you enroll?
Is this a full coding course or an exam review?
This is an exam-review product for learners who already have a medical coding foundation. It does not replace foundational training. If you are starting from scratch, consider the full PBC course first.
Are practice exams or the ICD-10-CM Blitz included?
The separately sold CPC practice-exam products and ICD-10-CM Review Blitz are not included with this purchase. Choose them separately if they fit your study plan.
When can I start, and can I watch offline?
The current Blitz is available online after enrollment. Lessons are prerecorded, so this is not a scheduled live bootcamp. Videos can be replayed while you have access, but require an internet connection and cannot be downloaded for offline viewing.
What is BHAT, and can I use it for my exam?
BHAT® stands for Bubble, Highlight and Annotate Technique. It is CCO’s approach to organizing coding manuals for more effective reference.
Always check your certifying organization’s current rules for permitted manuals, notes and annotations before preparing your exam materials. Learn more about BHAT.
What does the December 31 subscription cutoff mean?
New monthly Blitz enrollments end December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, new Blitz purchases will be lifetime-only.
This notice concerns new enrollment, not an announced cancellation date for current subscribers. If you already subscribe, ask CCO about your account before changing plans. Subscription payments are not credits toward a lifetime purchase; a payment lapse can interrupt access and may affect saved progress.
What is the refund policy?
CCO’s online training payments are nonrefundable because access is available immediately. Review the current checkout terms before purchasing. If you are uncertain which option fits your needs, ask CCO for guidance first.
