How to Change Your CCO Portal Password

If you’re already signed in and want to change your password:

1. Click your name/avatar in the top-right corner of the portal.
2. In the menu, click Account security.
3. On the Change your password screen, enter your Current password, then your New password, and Confirm new password.
4. Click Update password.

Password requirements: at least 8 characters, and it can’t be a password that has appeared in a known data breach.

Once you update it, your new password works for both the CCO Academy and the Exam Portal.
