I Forgot My Password (CCO Portal)

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it yourself in about a minute:

1. Go to portal.cco.us/sign-in and click Forgot your password? (or go straight to portal.cco.us/forgot-password).
2. On the Forgot your password? screen, enter the email you use for CCO.
3. Click Send reset link.
4. Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.

Good to know: the password you set here works for both the CCO Academy and the Exam Portal — so one reset gets you back into everything.

A few tips:

• Use the same email address you used when you purchased from CCO.
• If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
• Your new password must be at least 8 characters, and we’ll reject any password that has appeared in a known data breach — so pick something strong and unique.
