If you purchased / subscribed prior to February 2025 then please follow these instructions to access the legacy billing system. If your payment has lapsed and you want to reinstate it please start a fresh subscription by visiting the corresponding sales page at www.cco.us or requesting pay link from the helpdesk.
Nanacast: If you wish to update your credit card information for a Membership, click here to login to the Members Area. If your membership does not look like this, please see Instructions B.
Once you’re logged in, on the Product Listing page you can click the Update Card button shown below to enter new information.

If your access has already expired, you will need to use the unique Reactivation link that is sent by Nanacast via email. Check your spam/junk if you do not see it.
If you don’t know your login information, please use the “Forgot Password” feature on that page.
