CCO Club: continuing education, community and practical resources

A membership for continued learning, not an all-access course bundle.

CEUs vary by activityCheck the current credit amount, approval, completion requirements and expiration before relying on an activity for your credential.

Course access has conditionsStandard Club membership does not unlock every course. Annual legacy restoration applies only to eligible prior purchases.

Already a lifetime customer?A lifetime course or Blitz purchase does not require Club membership to retain that lifetime access, subject to its original terms.

Keep your learning connected to your work.

LEARN

Continuing education

Explore eligible CEU activities and recorded learning across coding, billing and related healthcare topics.

REVISIT

Webinars and replays

Return to Club Q&A, case-study and other member replays. Supporting transcripts, handouts or answer sheets are included where available.

CONNECT

Questions and discussion

Discuss coding, billing, reimbursement, auditing and workplace learning questions with members and CCO staff.

What can I explore in the replay library?

The Club brings together recorded Q&A, case-study and learning events so you can revisit topics at your own pace. Supporting materials vary by event and may include transcripts, audio, handouts, answer sheets and knowledge checks.

Annual membership includes Student Q&A webinar replays. Access to particular recordings can vary by plan; ask CCO if you need a specific recording.

Can I bring a coding question or case?

Yes. Use the member discussion areas for educational questions, coding scenarios and peer learning. Remove patient names, dates of birth, record numbers and other identifying information before sharing a case. Do not post protected health information.

Community discussion supports learning; it does not replace your organization’s policies, payer guidance or professional judgment. Standard Club support is group-based, not private course coaching.

BHAT resources and member discounts

Both standard plans include BHAT® Cave resources. Annual membership also includes enhanced BHAT files. Follow your exam provider’s current rules for notes and annotations.

Member discount: After three months of continuous membership, members in good standing can receive 40% off the regular price of eligible courses and Review Blitzes. Contact CCO before purchasing to confirm eligibility and claim your discount. Do not assume it combines with founding-student pricing or other promotions.

Help shape what CCO creates next

Request a topic, class, specialty course or learning resource, and comment or vote on existing requests through the Topic Board. Member requests receive priority consideration, but a request is not a guaranteed production date.

How does annual membership restore legacy course access?

Annual Club membership can restore access to eligible older, non-lifetime course and Review Blitz purchases that are still available. CCO staff must review your purchase history and eligibility; restoration is not an automatic promise of access to every past product.

Current lifetime purchases already retain their lifetime access under their original terms. Standard monthly Club membership does not provide this legacy-restoration benefit.

Not eligible for restoration: practice exams, separately purchased On Demand classes, retired or outdated products, Club Prime course enrollments, standalone live-event certificates, older update webinars, Practicode/practicum, Find-A-Code and other products that are not a current eligible course or Blitz.

Restored access depends on your qualifying membership remaining active and does not include private one-on-one course coaching. Ask CCO to review your previous purchases before joining for restoration.

Make continuing education part of your routine.

Choose relevant learning, complete the activity requirements and keep the documentation you need for your credential. Available CEUs change as activities are added, renewed or expire.

CHECK

Review the activity details

Confirm credit value, approval, eligibility and expiration before starting.

COMPLETE

Follow the requirements

Watch the required material and complete any quiz or attendance steps associated with that activity.

KEEP

Save your documentation

Follow the activity’s certificate instructions and your credentialing organization’s reporting rules.

How many CEUs are available, and will they count for my credential?

The number changes as approvals and certificates expire or renew, so this page does not promise a fixed total. Check the current activity details and your credentialing organization’s rules.

Not every replay, course, live event or resource awards CEUs. If you have a renewal deadline or need a particular type of credit, ask CCO to confirm the current options before purchasing.

Can I join before earning a professional credential?

Yes. You can join to learn, discuss topics and build professional connections. A full course is a better starting point if you need structured initial training; Club membership is not a substitute for that course.

CEU reporting applies according to your credentialing organization’s rules. Do not assume credits earned before certification will carry forward.

Looking for membership with course access?

Explore the separate CCO Club Plus option

$329 setup fee today, then $99 every 30 days. This is a different offer from the standard monthly and annual Club plans.

  • Club benefits plus access to two eligible courses while your Plus subscription is active.
  • Group-based coaching; no private one-on-one course coaching or course phone support is included.
  • Course books and manuals are purchased separately.
  • Enhanced BHAT files are included.

Course eligibility, switching after completion and any later retention of access have plan-specific conditions. Do not treat Plus payments as an automatic installment purchase of lifetime courses. Confirm the current course choices and access terms with CCO before enrolling.

Questions before you join?

How do renewals, cancellation and refunds work?

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at their stated intervals until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through your membership billing settings or ask CCO Support for help.

Self-service cancellation leaves access available through the paid period. If you ask staff to cancel, confirm whether you want cancellation immediately or at period end; immediate cancellation can end access immediately. Payments are nonrefundable, and prorated refunds are not provided.

Can I rejoin later or restore a lapsed membership?

You can contact CCO about rejoining, but previous grandfathered rates or promotional pricing may not remain available. Repeated short-term signups solely to collect resources may be restricted under the membership terms.

If payment fails, access may be suspended. Manual restoration after a lapse of more than one week is subject to the stated $149 reinstatement fee. Ask CCO to review your account and current terms rather than assuming access or legacy benefits will automatically return.

Where do I log in?

Start at CCO Login and follow your membership access instructions. Some learning and community resources are still delivered through CCO Academy.

If an expected resource is missing, contact CCO Support so staff can check your membership and purchase history.

Are all live events included or free?

Club includes invitations and access to eligible member events, but registration, attendance and replay availability depend on the event. Some public live sessions may be free without including member-only replays or CEU certificates.

Check the current Events Calendar for the event you want rather than assuming one rule applies to every session.

What is not automatically included?

Standard Club membership does not include every full course, Review Blitz, practice exam, On Demand class, external exam fee or third-party coding subscription. Eligible legacy restoration is a separate annual benefit, not unlimited new-course enrollment.

Do not assume membership extends the 30-day access period for separately purchased practice exams. Ask CCO about a specific product or grandfathered plan before buying.
