Alicia: ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for  Medical Coding Reporting – Yes, the new official guidelines, it’s pretty interesting. 2015 there’s narrative changes appear in bold text when you look at it. The items underlined have been moved within the guideline since the year of 2014 and there’s italics are used to indicate revisions to heading changes.
